BANANA BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE
1 heaped cup blueberry
½ cup low-fat yogurt
¾ cup low-fat milk
1 tbsp honey / sugar
Chop the banana into small pieces and add to a blender along with blueberries, milk, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth and pour into glass and serve immediately.
